Yoga first, beer second. Hungover or not, we believe this is the best way to begin your Sunday.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to stretch and mentally prep yourself for...exercise. Think about the dreamy pint of beer that awaits you at the end, unless of course you get stuck in some outlandish pose. We can't actually help you, there. At 10:30, a hand picked, certified yoga instructor will lead you through a 60 minute Vinyasa yoga session in your local bar followed by a much deserved beer of your choice. Light snacks are also provided by a local restaurant. We cap this class at 8 participants to ensure enough room for everyone.
